Terms and conditions for using LettStart Design's products and accessing our website.
Liability
LettStart Design will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data or profit — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the materials on this site, even if we've been notified of the possibility of such damages. If your use of our materials requires servicing, repair, or adjustment of equipment or data, you assume any costs involved.
LettStart Design is not responsible for any outcome that may occur over the course of using our resources. We reserve the right to change prices and adjust our resource-use policy at any time.
LettStart Design makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on it. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your own risk.
Free products
All products and services are delivered electronically. You can access your download by signing in to lettstartdesign.com — downloads are found under your account. To download our free templates, you'll need to log in or sign up, which requires providing personal information such as your name and email address.
We ask users and businesses to register with us so we can notify you about future updates related to the item you downloaded, as well as new products, offers, and other information like policy updates. By accepting these terms, you agree to be added to our mailing list, which we use to send you updates on future releases, new offers, new free and premium products, and industry news. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Payment & security
LettStart Design does not handle any payment requests directly through the website. All payments are handled securely through PayPal and Razorpay, third-party online payment providers. We do not save your payment information — card number, expiry date, CVC, etc. — as that's handled entirely by our payment service providers. Reach out to us anytime with questions about our security practices.
We won't be held responsible if your data is stolen by an individual or group. We maintain basic, reasonable security checks.
Refund
LettStart Design stands behind everything we sell, and we'll resolve any shortcomings or defects found in our products. If you have questions about configuring a product, reach out via Contact Us or Email Us anytime.
You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date if:
- The item is "not as described"
- The item doesn't work the way it's supposed to
- Product support was promised but not provided
Please contact us at Contact Us or Email Us with your refund request.
Note: Refunds are issued after deducting currency conversion and payment processing fees charged by the payment provider. Under no circumstances will a refund be given more than 7 days after your purchase date.
What support covers
Support includes:
- Help setting up your project
- Fixes for bugs you report
- Answers to questions or problems regarding the template
Support does not include:
- Customization work
- Support for third-party plugins or software used in our templates
- Guidance on integrating with other technologies (PHP, .NET, Java, etc.)
- Fixing bugs introduced in your own implementation of the template
Note: Work outside our support scope is billed separately, if you'd like us to take it on.
